The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Class Teacher to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience and a proven ability to inspire and motivate students. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing an engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student learning.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences for all students.
