Early Help Partner Coordinator, Tower Hamlets  
Pay - £33.08ph  
The Early Help Partner Coordinator will not be working directly with children and families.  
The role requires support  
  • The coordinator will guide processes including Team around the Family Meetings, that aim to provide targeted responses to meet the additional needs of children and young people and their families to prevent escalation to specialist services.
  • To work in partnership and promote the necessary change in professional practice across all sectors to improve the use of the Early Help Assessment to respond more effectively to children and families in need of Early Help.
  • Guide and support on good practice models of leading a Team Around the Family Meeting.
  • To monitor the progress of children and young people supported by the Early Help Assessment process by; ensuring that Team Around the Family Meetings occur at appropriate intervals leading to a robust multi agency plan of intervention, that EHA are reviewed regularly. The post holders will be based in the Family Hubs and Children and Family Centres and work across the local authority. 
 This role is not suitable for remote working. The successful candidate will be required to be based in the Children and Family Centres across Tower Hamlets and deliver training in person to local primary and secondary schools.
