The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide in-class support, work with small groups, and deliver 1-2-1 interventions tailored to individual learning needs. You’ll assist in preparing engaging resources, supporting pupils with literacy and numeracy, and helping ensure that all children stay focused and make progress. This role is all about raising attainment and helping children to enjoy education.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is thinking about a career in teaching. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to supporting children’s development. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff are essential. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
