Job Role:
• Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in KS3 and KS4
• Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
• Building rapport with students and staff across the school
• Following school policies and routines to ensure safe and consistent learning
• Providing feedback to department leads where needed
