Job Description
This role is ideal for a supportive and experienced Teaching Assistant who is committed to helping children achieve their full potential. You will be working alongside class teachers and SEND staff to provide tailored support to pupils, both in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is required for this role.
Job Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Working 1-2-1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support.
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy interventions to boost pupil progress.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional well-being.
- Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Working closely with the SENDCO and teachers to adapt learning materials.
- A long-term role in a well-established Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school.
- Support from a dedicated leadership team and experienced teaching staff.
