Pay rate £40 per hour 
Contract role, DoLS Team 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager, in Trafford 
Details: 

• Ensure Trafford Council meets its statutory responsibilities under DoLS to the highest standard in accordance with legal frameworks 

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Council’s DoLS Team to ensure that it is responsive, legally compliant, high performing, and person centred 

• Provide managerial oversight and leadership of the DoLS Team ensuring that the team works collaboratively towards best practice 

• Ensure that the DoLS team maximises its resources whilst also looking to identify new ways of working in partnership with stakeholders 

• Hold responsibility for quality assuring and approving DoLS authorisations
