Rate: £28.98 per hour – Rate Negotiable
Location: Brent
Working Arrangements: Full time | Hybrid Working Available

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out manual handling risk assessments
Prescribing complex equipment to support independence and reduce care needs
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals with complex health and social care needs
Contributing to care planning and review processes

💼 About You:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in manual handling and equipment prescription
