Annual Salary: £37,938 - £43,693 per annum 
Location: Southend Council, Essex
Working Arrangements: Full time, hybrid working avalible minimum 2 days on site 
Relocation Package: Up to £8,000

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals living with mental health challenges? Pertemps are looking for a Community Mental Health Social Worker to join the dedicated team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Work closely with adults experiencing mental ill health, their families, carers and partner agencies
• Deliver statutory social care functions under the Care Act and Mental Health Act
• Conduct needs-led assessments, care planning, reviews and safeguarding interventions
• Promote recovery, resilience, independence, and well-being

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker with valid Social Work England registration and have completed their ASYE
• 3 years+ experience within mental health or related adult social care services
• Strong assessment, care planning, and safeguarding experience
• A commitment to strength-based, person-centred practice
• Must drive and have access to a car
