Electrical Assembler

Job title: Assembly Operative
Location: Pershore
Hours: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 13:00 on Fridays.
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary, On-going.

An Electrics company based in Pershore are searching for an Assembly Operative to join their team on a temporary, on-going basis working, 07:30 – 16:00, Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 13:00 on Fridays. The company themselves supply a wide range of products from Mechanical components through to electrical systems and software.

As an Assembly Operative you will be responsible for:

• Assemble small company products carefully.
• Quality check components after assembly to ensure there are no imperfections.
• Packing products after assembly.
• Work at a required Assembly rate/target given by the company.
• Other general Assembly/Production duties.

As an Assembly Operative you will be required to:

• Have previous experience working as an Assembly Operative although this is not essential.
• Have previous experience working with hand and electric tools
• Have previous experience in soldering
• A level of dexterity will be required for this role.
• Previous experience working in quality checking would be beneficial.
• Ready and willing to work at speed independently and as part of a team.
• Have good attention to detail when completing tasks.

The role of Assembly Operative is working on a temporary, on-going basis being paid £12.50 per hour with the potential of a permanent contract being offered to outstanding candidates.
