Electrical Project Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in Essex. With 12 years in the industry, they’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across London and the Home Counties. Their projects span Office Fit Outs (CAT A & B), Schools, Universities, and Private Medical Facilities.

With a turnover of approximately £5 million and a team of over 20 professionals, this company prides itself on being young, dynamic, and social. They genuinely value their staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Project Scope:
Typical projects are valued up to £600k (M&E) and involve a wide variety of clients and sectors.


The Role – Electrical Project Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will manage your own schedule and split your time effectively between site visits, working from home, and attending the office.
 

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading and delivering electrical packages on commercial projects
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance on all sites
  • Procuring materials and overseeing installation works
  • Attending project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Managing documentation and ensuring quality standards are met
 

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: £70,000
