Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in both inbound and outbound business development to generate and convert leads into new business wins.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and building trust.
- Contribute to the creation of pitch documents and participate in new business presentations.
- Serve as a self-starter and proactive salesperson, bringing energy and innovation to the business development department.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business development within the events industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and securing key clients.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Enthusiastic about events, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Work Arrangements
This role requires you to be in the office on a regular basis, with the expectation to be onsite meeting clients as and when needed.
