Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial Desk.
 
Within this Industrial Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;
 

• Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Staffordshire area
• Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
• Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market
• Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Building a client base and candidate pool for the Staffordshire areas
• Working alongside our Senior Recruitment Consultant 

 
Requirements for this Industrial Recruitment Consultant role;

• No experience is needed for this role
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key
• A drive, tenacity and real customer focus

Industrial Recruitment Consultant Job Details;
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £26,000 P/A + uncapped commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
