Key Responsibilities:
 

• Set up and adjust punch presses according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform tool changes and adjustments efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
• Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.

 
Skills:
 

• Previous experience as a Punch Press Setter (mechanical or hydraulic presses preferred).
• Strong understanding of press tooling and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required.
