- Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches.
- Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a project test lead.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent).
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage).
