Senior Marketing Executive/Manager - Aesthetic & Medical Industry

Job Details:

• Working Week: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (35 hours per week).
• Location: Knaresborough (Hybrid) Some flexibility with remote working options based on trust & business needs.
• Overtime: Occasional extended hours (up to 42 per week) during peak times, events, or congresses.

Salary & Bonus:

• £28,500 - £40,000 per year, based on experience and role level.
• Up to 10% commission on sales and marketing profit targets.

About Us:

Our client is a leading medical aesthetics company with 23 years of industry expertise. They bring dermatology into aesthetics, supporting clinics with clinically proven skin solutions for conditions like pigmentation, ageing, acne, rosacea, and more.
Our client is seeking a Marketing Support Executive (junior level) or Marketing Manager (senior level) based on skills and experience. This role involves working closely with aesthetic clinics to promote our products and clinical protocols, helping to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaigns:

• Support clinics with marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase footfall.
• Provide marketing materials, images, and copy to clinics for promotional use.
• Manage and update content across multiple websites (B2B, B2C, SkinMed Academy, ARA UK).
• Work on digital advertising campaigns, including:
  • Google Ads (AdWords) – targeting B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Social Media Marketing – Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Shopify – e-commerce marketing.
• Develop compelling copies for:
  • Online and print advertisements.
  • Social media campaigns.
  • eBulletins and newsletters.
• Plan and manage events at national and international congresses.

Sales & Business Development:

• Assist in promoting educational programs, training events, and masterclasses.
• Support the Acne and Rosacea Association UK accreditation programme.
• Drive clinic adoption of our client’s clinical solutions for acne and rosacea.
• Strengthen SkinMed’s brand presence within the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work with reference clinics and training centres across the UK and Ireland.
• Aid in delivering training programs and promoting these events.
• Maintain strong relationships with national chains, medically led practices, and independent practitioners.

Requirements Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (digital marketing required).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
• Experience managing Google Ads, social media marketing, and e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Relationship-building skills to support sales and clinic engagement.

Desirable Skills:

• Background in aesthetic, beauty, or medical marketing.
• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, or dermatology is an advantage.
• Experience in event planning and business development.
