Join Our Countywide Review Team as an Occupational Therapist!
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to work with adults aged 18 and upwards, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and chronic health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strengths-based reviews to develop and implement tailored support plans, improving well-being and achieving outcomes.
• Utilize Occupational Therapy expertise to provide advice, information, assistive equipment, and recommendations for home adaptations.
• Perform Mental Capacity Act assessments, Continuing Health Care checklists, and decision support tools.
• Apply up-to-date, evidence-based practices, including risk assessments and assessments under relevant adults' legislation.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary Continuing Health Care assessments, bringing specialist knowledge to the team.
• Work as part of a dynamic and supportive reviewing service, focused on achieving positive outcomes for individuals.
