Your Role

• Supervise Lessons: Oversee classes during teacher absences and ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
• Promote Positive Behaviour: Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment.
• Support Learning: Encourage students across different subjects.
• Work with Staff: Collaborate with teachers and support teams to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
