Job Description

Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday – Fridy 07:30 – 17:00 + Overtime
Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role

This is more than just a basic framing role — it's a chance to work in a creative, fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.
 
The Responsibilities of a Framer:
  • To Frame customer orders to a high standard, with precision and attention to detail
  • Photograph new framed stock for marketing and online listings
  • Conduct quality checks on each framed product before despatch
  • Work to daily and weekly production targets to ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven culture focused on quality and excellence
 
The Requirements of a Framer:
  • Framing or hands-on workshop experience (preferred, but not essential – training available)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for sport or interest in memorabilia is a bonus
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
