📍 Location: Colnbrook
🕖 Hours: 7-7 (Day or Night shift avaliable)
🔁 Shifts: 4 on / 4 off
💰 Days £36-38,000 / Nights £38-40,000
 Join our client as an Export Clerk, where you'll play a key role in managing time-critical shipments across the globe!

What You'll Be Doing:
🛫 Handling AOG / time-sensitive air and road shipments
📧 Communicating with customers via phone & email
📄 Preparing and managing export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, customs, security, airline liaison etc.)
🧾 Ensuring accurate AWB ratings and compliance with IATA & airline regulations
📦 Arranging pre-alerts, post-flight updates & quotations
🌐 Coordinating Crosstrade movements

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with AOG exports or freight forwarding
✅ Aerospace/aircraft parts shipping knowledge ✈️
✅ Calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills 🤝
✅ Computer literate and self-sufficient 🖥️
✅ Car driver (due to location) 🚗
✅ Flexible to cover holidays on opposite shifts if needed

Nice to Have:
🎓 GCSEs / A Levels
🌍 Multi-lingual skills
📋 Forklift License
🔐 Minimum Security Cargo Op trained

🧠 Systems You'll Use:
🗃️ Boxtop, e-Customs/CDS, Microsoft Office
