Job Summary
Social worker in busy adolescent team, covering Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere. 9-5.30 Completing C&F assessments, holding CIN plans, Court work, direct work with children and families. Rota on duty, office day Wednesdays and duty days Hybrid working office and home – availability to be out every day if needed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Previous knowledge of LCS preferred Experienced in C&F assessments, CIN plans and reviews, s47 enquiries Contextual safeguarding Holding caseload and working with children and parents.

Person Specification
SWE 3 years Perm work experience in LA. Must be a car driver with access to own vehicle
