Air Conditioning Engineer M3 M40 Corridor

The business operates predominantly across London and the Home Counties, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and breakdown support.


The Role


We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our mobile engineering team. This role will focus on providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support across the M3 / M40 corridor.


Key Responsibilities

1. Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on:

1. VRV systems
2. VRF systems
3. Split & Multi-split systems

1. Attending breakdowns and completing repairs efficiently
2. Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector sites
3. Completing all job-related paperwork and reports accurately
4. Representing the company professionally on customer sites

Working Hours

1. Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
2. 1-hour lunch break
3. Mobile role with paid travel time

Salary & Package

1. Up to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
2. Additional travel time 1 hour paid per day.
3. Anything over 9 hours per day paid at x1.5 (including travel)
4. 15 days sick pay after probation

Call-Out

1. 1 week in every 15 weeks

£100 standby payment per week
