Customer Service Executive
Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £30,000 plus Bonus
Location: Close to Holborn, London

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a fast-moving team, liaising with both new and existing clients via live chat, telephone, and email.

Your main responsibilities will include:
" Providing exceptional customer service.
" Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
" Liaising with customers daily through various communication channels.
" Working towards weekly targets both individually and as part of a team.
" Receiving full training on the business side of the company.

Requirements:
" Excellent communication skills.
" Ability to multitask and achieve targets.
" Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact/call centre.
" Degree level or equivalent.
