Food Production Operative

Location: Oakham
Position: Food Production Operative
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 45 hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our production environment, including forming and feeding, decorating, and packing finished products. You’ll be working in both warm and chilled environments and will perform light tasks, with weights up to 8KG.
Key Responsibilities:

• Forming and feeding machines
• Decorating products
• Packing finished goods efficiently
• Multi-skilled work across all areas of the production process
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced production environment
• Handling light materials (up to 8KG)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Motivated, reliable, and hardworking
• Experience in food production or similar environments is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Comfortable with manual tasks and light lifting
• Flexible and willing to work across different areas of the production line
