Job Advert: Van Driver – Flexible & Varied Role in Rushden!
Pay: £13.55 per hour
Are you looking for a flexible role with the potential to grow into something permanent? We're looking for a motivated Van Driver to join our team in Rushden. The role will start on an as-needed basis but has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Driver: You’ll be driving a Sprinter-sized van with a tail-lift to make deliveries, so you must be comfortable handling the van independently.
• Team Support: Sometimes, you'll be paired with one of our staff members, where they’ll typically drive, but if you have a driver’s licence, you could take on this responsibility for added flexibility.
• Machine Handling: As we secure larger contracts, we’ll need someone to help dismantle and reassemble machines. You don’t need prior experience, but you’ll be shown how to use basic tools like a screwdriver.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver's Licence – Experience with large vans preferred but not essential.
• Team Player – Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to Learn – Willing to take on additional tasks like machine assembly.
• Flexibility – Available for temporary work with the potential to become permanent.
