• Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support system setup as part of a collaborative project team.
• Investigate system issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Conduct data analysis and produce project reporting for key stakeholders.
• Prepare data CSV files for seamless upload into various systems platforms.
• System testing: Ensure functionality changes are tested thoroughly against specifications.
• Test and implement technology solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Document systems processes by creating clear procedures and flowchart diagrams.
• Provide your expertise in MS Excel, working with complex data sets and offering insightful solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong technical IT skills (Office 365 proficiency essential, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
• A keen eye for detail, able to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Experience with system functionality setups, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to document processes and collaborate across teams.
