Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Corby. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and managing a small team to ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures.
• Ensure that all inventory is properly tracked, organized, and accounted for.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure that performance targets and KPIs are met, with a focus on quality and productivity.
• Provide training and development for warehouse staff to improve skills and knowledge.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or operational concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
