Machine Operative

We have several opportunities for a Machine Operative / Packer to join our client on a temp to perm basis based in Derby. Our client offers individuals the ability progress in their role and support some of the UK's most well known brands. 

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Fixed Mornings / Monday to Friday / 6am to 1:30pm
+ Fixed Nights / Monday to Thursday / 9pm to 6am
 
You will not be swapped between shifts. 

The successful Machine Operative / Packer will:
+ Have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Able to work in a fast based environment operating a manufacturing machine and support packing of materials.
+ Able to work the above shift patterns and have a desire to have a perm position.

Your duties as a Machine Operative / Packer will include:
+ Operating production and manufacturing machinery.
+ Packing materials into boxes at the end of the line.
+ Feeding materials into the machines.
+ Keeping the work area tidy.

You will receive:
+ Days - £11.44 STD
+ Days - £17.16 OT after 37 hours
+ Nights - £12.41 STD
+ Nights £18.62 OT after 36 hours
