Night Shifts, 4 on 4 off
 
We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join the logistics team at a busy depot just on the outskirts of Kegworth.
This position is covering a static night shift within the gatehouse to support the operations teams in managing vehicles and loads entering and leaving the site. This role is offered on an initial temporary period expected to last approximately 4 months however opportunity to be made permanent after qualifying time period. 
 
Shifts:
4 on 4 off shift pattern
18:00-06:00
 
Your day to day includes:

• Booking loads in and out the depot.
• Keep up to date communications with drivers, suppliers and customers in regards to deliveries and ETA's.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and manage relevant documentation.
• Running data reports.
• General data entry and AD-HOC admin support to other departments.
• Liaise with the driving, warehouse and transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the depot.

What we're looking for:

• Confident communicator both verbal and written
• Proficient using Microsoft Office packages and SAP.
• Prior experience in working in a transport or supply chain role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Comfortable with lone working.

• This role is based 100% on site, in the security gatehouse, there will be times where you will be working alone.
