Transport Coordinator - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting a transport coordinator for our distribution company based in Aylesbury.

Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm

Salary: £30,000

Duties:

- Entering driver's start and finish times on spreadsheets
- Booking and managing jobs on the booking system
- Answering the phone to book jobs and check the availability of drivers
- Planning jobs for the next day
- Completing documentation and compliance

Requirements:

- Previous transport coordination experience
- Great communications
- Confident in using ERP and Microsoft packages
- Able to adapt as the role can be very demanding
