Production Operative

Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a similar role.

The Duties of a Production Operative:

• Assemble product according to production specifications
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Disassemble products to assess the condition and identify areas for repair.
• Clean, repair, and replace parts as necessary
• Conducting quality checks
• Assist in the packing and preparation of finished product

The Requirements of a Production Operative:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
• This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work in a hot and loud environment
