General Operative

Location: Droitwich
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00 Overtime available
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm

Pertemps are currently seeking a General Operative to join our clients busy team based in Droitwich. You will be an important part of the production team, duties will include operating machines, packing and labelling orders, and keeping the warehouse organised. Previous experience operating machines desirable.


The Duties of a General Operative:

• Operate and run machines
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for despatch.
• Keep the production area and warehouse clean and organised.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Check products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

The Requirements of a General Operative

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Must be reliable and with good time keeping
• Physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
