This position will involve minor planned travel every month, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Brand Enhancement: Use effective marketing strategies to elevate the company’s brand and establish a strong, recognizable identity across all platforms.
• Vacancy Promotion: Create and manage campaigns to promote job vacancies, attracting quality candidates and engaging potential clients.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters, to communicate our values and expertise.
• Social Media Growth: Expand our social media presence on platforms we currently use and explore untapped platforms to reach new audiences.
• Team Expertise Marketing: Showcase the skills and experience of our team through creative storytelling and strategic campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Develop innovative strategies to connect with clients and candidates, increasing brand loyalty and trust.
• Analytics and Strategy: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Newsletter Management: Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter, targeting aviation customers and key stakeholders.
• Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel to support marketing initiatives and client engagement.
Requirements:
• A relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 - 3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance brand identity and create impactful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the recruitment or aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and social media trends.
• Video editing and multimedia content creation skills.
