The Role:
Reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of a young, friendly team of four, working together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Processing and inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the process.

The Candidate:
They’re seeking a motivated individual with:

• Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.

The Package:

• Competitive salary, up to £27,000pa DOE.
• Monday-Friday, with flexible working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
