Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, passionate FP&A Support Analyst to become an integral part of the Retail, Digital and Group Services Finance function. You will be actively responsible for preparing financial reporting, consolidations, analysis and forecasting, with strong financial controls and critical evaluation embedded in the processes.

We require an inquisitive "go-getter" to be a pioneer in the continuous improvement and standardisation across Retail, Group Services and Digital teams.

What you will be doing as FP&A Support Analyst
  • Preparing, reviewing and publishing reporting for month end, budgets and forecasts.
  • Engaging with the business to translate Financial information into digestible management reporting and vice versa, translating business operational metrics into financial analyse and forecasts.
  • Working on ad-hoc pieces of analysis which either then become part of BAU or are documented and published stand alone.
  • Collaborating with the central FP&A turnaround team to improve processes, tools and outputs.
  • Work closely with the systems team to enhance automation of reporting.
What you should bring to the role?
  • A dynamic Part Qualified accountant.
  • Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • System experience with SAP, Power BI and HFM preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail whilst being able to see the broader picture.
  • Significant communications experience with the ability to build robust relationships with Stakeholders
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own work effectively.
  • Proactive and ambitious - sets high goals for self and continuously strives to improve.
  • Bring an inquisitive mind to drive continuous improvement and standardisation experience
