Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent (or Permanent – depending on your setup)

About the Role
We’re currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company in a clean, modern warehouse environment.
Multiple shifts available to suit your lifestyle – AM, PM, and Night shifts.
Shifts Available

• AM Shift
• PM Shift
• Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Using handheld scanners and following pick lists
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit – some heavy lifting may be required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
