Are you an organised, customer-focused individual looking to join a friendly and supportive team? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing business in Stratford-upon-Avon on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in ensuring our sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Preparing and issuing accurate client quotations
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Carrying out general office administration duties as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
