  • Identify gaps in current financial controls, recommend improvements, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and other key quarterly financial reports.
  • Support the quarterly reforecasting process and assist in the annual budgeting cycle.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process standardisation and efficiency within the finance function.

To be considered for the position of Management Accountant, you will require:
  • Full accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of transactional accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally and adapt to change.
  • Experience working in a European or multi-entity finance environment is advantageous.
  • Exposure to shared services or private equity environments would be beneficial.

Benefits:
  • Hybrid working model (2 days working from home).
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a significant impact on the finance transformation.

This position may require occasional travel to different EU business locations.
