Factory Operative Required


We are recruiting for our client a leading manufacturer in the Plymouth area who are committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as Factory Operative on a temp to perm basis.

Working 30hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm, pay rate of £12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist with the assembly and packaging of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
