Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary position.

Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator :
- Support the team with the activities of the Sales department
- Liaise with customers and provide technical assistance
- Prepare quotations, letters, tenders and other direct communications on behalf of the Sales Director
- Undertake a thorough contract review of orders received by the Company to ensure that all aspects are clearly identified
- Maintain a good working relationship with the sales representatives
- Report back any market intelligence
- Generate statistics and other figures as required
- Undertake other tasks on a temporary basis and to provide support to other departments should the need arise due to staff holidays, sickness etc
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Sales and Marketing software and to be responsible for the correct and complete entry of all necessary data

Requirements
- Available immediately
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
- Strong admin skills
- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent organisational skills

The Role:
- Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
- £13.25 per hour
- Fully office based
- Temporary ongoing position
