Job Description
Pertemps are working with a bespoke Manufacturer based near Andover who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team and work with their dynamic design and sales team. This is a full time, permanent position and is office based.
Responsibilities as Quotation Administrator
- Receive and organise all customer quotes
- Liaise with the Directors to obtain solutions
- Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to understand customer's requirements
- Ensure costings spreadsheet is up to date at all times
- Working with other internal departments including Purchasing and Production
- Produce quotes in a timely manner
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Supporting the Design team with basic layouts, price lists and general marketing tasks
Requirments:
- Strong proven administrative experience
- Highly competent with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Experience or interest in AutoCAD
- Interest in design and manufacturing
- Own transport due to rural location
This Quotation Administrator position is working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and offering a negotiable salary depending on experience.
