CNC Programmer

Position: CNC Programmer

Location: Burton-On-Trent

Hours: Monday – Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm  / Friday 07:30am – 12:30pm 

Salary: £32k - £34k (Depending on experience)

 
Overview: Our reputable and long-standing client is seeking to grow their team with the addition of a skilled CNC Programmer.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in programming and setting machines on the shop floor using G-code
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a keen eye for detail
• Capable of working with high-precision machinery
• Familiarity with CNC milling is advantageous, though not essential
• Skilled in programming and operating CNC machines
• Competent in reading/interpreting technical drawings and engineering blueprints
• Experienced in tool setup, material loading, and execution of CNC machining processes
• Consistently monitors machine operations to maintain accuracy and ensure high-quality standards.
