Yard Marshall – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Pay: £14.45 per hour (Paid PAYE)
Hours: 42.5 per week – PM Shift

Are you an experienced Yard Marshall or looking to step up into a role with more responsibility? Do you have excellent organisational skills and understand the link between warehouse operations and transport logistics? Are you physically fit and ready for a new challenge?

We’re recruiting a Yard Marshall to join our team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Important:
Due to the location of this role and no access to public transport, you MUST have your own transport.

Yard Marshall Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and manage all yard activities efficiently
• Ensure safe operations across the yard
• Report unsafe acts and conditions to management
• Maintain good housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning, gritting when required)
• Manage contractors in yard areas
• Complete safety audits and daily vehicle/trailer inspections

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
