Are you an experienced Forklift Truck Driver ready to take on a new and rewarding challenge? 

Position Overview:

• Job Title: FLT Driver
• Location: Headcorn
• Pay Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour (+ enhanced rate for OT & W/E)
• Contract Type: Temporary (but on-going)
• Start Date: Immediate (Monday to Friday)
• Shifts: Rotating schedule – applicants must complete both shift times on alternate weeks
• Car driver preferred due to rural location

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift (FLT) Driver to join a thriving warehouse and production operation. You'll work on a rotating shift pattern and play a vital role in stock movement, dispatch, and maintaining safe workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance and/or reach FLT (depending on license)
• Use Pump Pallet Truck (PPT) for manual handling tasks
• Load and unload vehicles with care
• Transfer stock into designated storage areas
• Prepare goods for dispatch efficiently
• Conduct routine equipment inspections
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or both) - MUST be external
• Experience using Pump Pallet Trucks preferred
• Previous warehouse / FLT experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Proactive attitude and dependable work ethic
