Hours: Monday to Friday

• Acting as the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to continually improve customer service standards.
