Safeguarding Administrator – Hybrid Role with a Leading eCommerce Company!
Location: Central London – Hybrid (One office visit every two weeks, subject to business needs)
Salary: £30,000 + up to £4,000 annual bonus + Amazing Benefits!

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing!

• Handling safeguarding and compliance-related administration, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
• Working with large datasets, tracking key safeguarding and compliance information.
• Creating reports and dashboards to support safeguarding activities.
• Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining records in line with company policies.
• Supporting internal teams with safeguarding-related queries and documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure best practices are upheld.

What We’re Looking For – Is This You?

• Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent MS Excel skills – pivot tables, formulas, data analysis.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive and independent – able to manage workload efficiently.
• Comfortable working with adult content in a professional manner.
