- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in operations, planning, and service delivery to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
- Support broader commercial initiatives across freight, cargo handling, infrastructure, and logistics partnerships.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, commercial forecasting, and market mapping.
- Represent the business at industry events and develop meaningful partnerships across the sector.
- Proven success in business development or account management within freight, cargo, or wider logistics/supply chain sectors.
- Experience working with perishables, food distribution, supermarkets, shipping lines, or third-party logistics providers.
- A strong grasp of P&L, margin management, and commercial negotiations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving commercial landscape.
- Project management and/or proposal writing experience is a plus.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally abroad.
