Head of PMO Reporting & Insights

Middlemore are working exclusively with a leading utilities firm, who are West of London to help them appoint a PMO Lead for Data & Insights in this newly created role. Our client is going through significant regulatory reform, and have recently created a number of new roles within the PMO Leadership team.

 Some responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

• To setup, establish and lead the Reporting and Insights capabilities to measure performance to date, and forecasting future performance. 
• Develop, setup and implement the standard performance measurement cycle 
• Develop, setup and implement reporting and insights framework
• Lead, develop and optimise production of specific regulatory reporting
• Lead, mentor and develop a team c5 FTE ensuring PMOs produce the right data at the right time

The ideal candidate:

• APM, PRINCE or other relvant qualifications
• Experience of P3M
• Data Management framework implementation experience 
• Data analysis and insights frameworks experience 
• Power BI - or equivalent reporting tool experience
