Area Manager - Hospitality
Salary: Upto £38,000 pa
Generous Bonus

A fantastic opportunity to join a modern, growing luxury restaurant brand with over 50 locations across the UK and internationally. As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee circa 15 restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance during this exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and guide store management teams
Travel between sites to maintain high standards
Drive operational consistency, product quality, and guest experience
Make strategic management decisions
Oversee financial performance and ensure KPI targets are met.

What we’re Looking For:

Experience in restaurants, Bars, QSRs, or similar environments
Multi-site management experience is must
Strong leadership, team-building, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship building ability

Location: Open to applicants in the Midlands and West Midlands
