Role: Administrator
Location: Mortonhall, Edinburgh
Position Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our public sector client's small team in the Mortonhall area of Edinburgh.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Managing and organising the department's mailbox.
  • Booking and scheduling appointments for clients and team members.
  • Coordinating and scheduling work for the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.


You should be an experienced Administrator who is proactive and enthusiastic.
