Coded Welder

Job Title: Coded MIG Welder
Location: Bromsgrove
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm
Pay: £16 - £18 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Coded MIG Welder, with a strong background in pipe welding, to join our team in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent hours and competitive pay in a clean and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality MIG welding on pipework to coded standards
• Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
• Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards
• Perform routine checks and maintain welding equipment
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid welding coding (preferably in MIG pipe welding)
• Proven experience in pipe welding, particularly using the MIG process
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
